Please see our Lost or Stolen and COVID-19 section. Also note, 90% of our products are made-to-order. Products needs around 8 hours to settle before shipping. Bath Bombs need 24 hours to harden before shipping. We will ship items between 1-3 days. You should receive your order after that depending on your region and mailing time zones.
