Return and Refund Policy

Returns
At Orange Daisies, LLC, we do not accept returns on products once they have been received. This is because many of our products are for one-time use only, and we cannot resell items that have been used or opened.

Exceptions: We will accept returns for products that are damaged, broken, or unsealed/spilled during transit. If you receive a product that fits this description, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at orangedaisiescompany@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Personal Items and Staining
We use colors in some of our products, which may cause minor staining, depending on the type and model of your tubs or containers. These stains are typically not permanent, but please be aware that they can occur. If staining happens, we recommend cleaning immediately with alcohol and a warm towel. Orange Daisies, LLC is not responsible for any staining or damage to your personal property.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days so we can assess the issue and make it right. You can reach us at orangedaisiescompany@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products, bath bombs, scrubs)

As all our products fall into the personal care category, we do not accept returns on these items. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific product.

Exchanges
If you accidentally purchased the wrong item, contact us within 2 days of receiving your product to request an exchange. If it’s past this window, we cannot accept exchanges.
For an exchange, you will need to return the original item (at your own cost), and once it’s accepted, you can place a separate order for the new product.
Please note that we may reject exchanges based on the condition of the product (e.g., appearance, damage, or if affected by extreme temperatures during shipping). For example, products shipped to warmer climates (e.g., California or Arizona) may be more susceptible to damage from heat, and we cannot accept exchanges in such cases.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or card company to post the refund, as this can take a few business days. Refunds are not issued for lost or stolen items.

Lost or Stolen Items
Orange Daisies, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your order is lost or stolen, contact the carrier directly (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx) to investigate. If you suspect your package has been stolen, please contact us within 8 hours of the expected delivery time. We will check the tracking on our end and assist you in locating the package, but we are not responsible if the carrier has delivered the item.

Rashes, Infections, Breakouts, and Allergies
While we use natural essential oils and ingredients, some individuals may have sensitivities or allergic reactions to certain ingredients. Orange Daisies, LLC is not responsible for any rashes, infections, breakouts, or allergic reactions that may occur after use.
If you develop a rash or any other reaction weeks after use, stop using the product immediately and discard it. If the reaction is severe, please consult with a healthcare professional.
By using our products, you agree to follow the directions and use the products only as intended. We are not liable for any medical visits, treatments, or doctor’s appointments related to allergic reactions or misuse of our products.
