Refund Policy and Facts

We DO NOT have a product return policy, which means you cannot return the item after receiving your item. This is due to our one-time use policy. Meaning, we cannot resell a bath bomb that has already dissolved or other items that have become contaminated after opening.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It will be determined by the company if we will accept the return. The only exception for a full return would be if it came damaged, broken, or unseal and spilled.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Personal belongings being stained

Orange Daisies, LLC is NOT responsible for any staining on any personal or public items. We use Micas which are natural colorants from the earth. They can cause small stains due to them being rich and natural. You must clean this with alcohol and a warm towel. If staining occurs, we are not responsible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Here at Orange Daisies, all items are perishable and are categorized as beauty products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If there is any instance where you accidentally purchased the wrong product, contact us no more than 2 days after receiving the product. If this is not done, we cannot accept the exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We have the option to accept or reject the exchange based on appearance, damage, and not limited to temperature of the state you reside in. As an example scenario, someone living in California or Arizona may not receive a product exchange due to weather. Those are hotter climates and WILL effect the products. Again, contact us and we will determine if an exchange is suitable or rejected.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds are not given on lost or stolen items.

Lost or Stolen items

Orange Daisies, LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. If you suspect your item was stolen, contact us 8 hours after the package expected delivery time. if it is lost, contact the carrier shipped from (including but not limited to UPS, USPS, FedEx). If an item is lost, that needs to be addressed with the carrier in which the item said it would be shipped. If you suspect a stolen, Orange Daisies, LLC will look on our behalf to see if the item was shipped and has arrived. If it has arrived, we will not investigate any further. If it says it is lost or still being delivered, we will assist you in locating the carrier. 


Shipping will be delayed due to COVID-19. In some instances, shipping may become delayed up to a month. If it is delayed longer than 90 days, we will refund you for the item and shipping costs. if you receive the product after that, no further action is needed. Please be patient with the carrier and our company.

Rashes, infection, breakouts (including but not limited to these listed)

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE if you develop a rash, develop an infection, get a yeast infection, develop breakouts, rashes, or other serious infections. We are also not responsible if you abuse the product other than what it is used for. If you fail to comply with what is written on the directions, you are responsible for all legal and doctor visits/appointments. Please use only on areas as directed. if you develop a rash weeks after using the product, stop use and discard the item. We use ALL natural essential oils and ingredients so some bodies may reject the natural stimulants in them, also known as an allergy. We are not responsible for your discovery in your allergies.
