I wanted this guide to be digital so that you may reuse/reprint for a lifetime. I know you will find great use. Here is my suggestion on how to best utilize the guide.
- Read one prayer a night/morning. Then, allow your mind to meditate and live on those words.
- Write your reflection on how you feel emotionally, psychologically, and physically after reading the prayer.
- Reflect on what God has shown you today.
It could reflect the prayer, or be a reflection on something you've seen throughout today.
