OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) takes a huge toll on the mind, body, and spirit. It is a host of rituals, overthinking, and tics that a person completes in order to feel safe and unharmed. OCD varies and looks very different per person. For me, my diagnosed OCD consists of counting repeatedly, compulsions over a topic, tics, and fear of germs. These specific combinations have been proven effective by those with OCD and OCD symptoms. Some combinations come with seeds or flowers.
