PTSD consists of a series of traumatic events, or a traumatic event, that reconstructs the person's behavior, mind, ideology, and actions. PTSD can vary and look different per person. These specific combinations of essential oils have been proven effective by those with PTSD. Some combinations of oils come with seeds or flowers.
